This SYSTEMIX INC software will help manage payroll in a simple and efficient way in a multi-company, multi departemental environment. All transactions are directly posted to the GL.
Data base:
Data base applications will enable entry and update of:
- Tables and system parameters to simplify operations
- (Messages, departments, periods, banks, classes, income tax tables , various constants and company tables, etc...)
- Employees master files
Operations
A minimum of entries for a maximum of results. Default values are displayed that can be modified as needed.
- normal payroll, hourly , weekly, biweekly, etc...Generation
- Entry / correction of income, deductions and contributions

- Checks print, or printing of stub with transfer to direct deposit
- Manual pay entries, history adjustments and transaction reversals

Reports and listings
All reports and listings are automatically issued by the system:
- Payroll Journal ( current period and cumulative)
- Detail by department: hours, revenues, deductions, contributions
- Accounting distribution to GL: by department and company total
- Issued checks register
Many other reports are available on request:
- Employees listing:
- by union,
- by birth date,
- by seniority.
- Historical data available by integrated report generator
- History inquiry on screen
Payroll module can be complemented by a Time data capture system for employees, thus eliminating manual entry of time data and reducing the risk of errors.
