All material requirements are presented along with available inventory. Print Production work orders (1) showing all required materials and operations and print a Purchase order (1) for all subcontracts. Sub production orders are automatically generated for all subassemblies with insufficient inventory. all materials are verifier as far as availability of inventory.

Production planning Planning of production material requirements considering actual inventory - customer orders + supplier orders - projection for next 12 months according to due dates and lead time deliveries. All products are exploded to make sure all multi level components are available
